Terms of Use

• You are responsible for the security of your account, login, password, linked X account, and Public API keys.
• You are responsible for all transactions made and content published under your account. This includes the actions of people on your team or those to whom you have given access to your account.
• Account registration must be made by a natural person or an authorized business representative. False, misleading or bulk automated account registrations are prohibited.
• You should not share your Public API keys with third parties, you should not publish them publicly on the client side, and you should revoke the key if you discover unauthorized use.
• You may use XPlanner only in accordance with the law, these terms and the X/Twitter Terms of Service: https://x.com/en/tos

• You may not create, store, plan or publish content that violates any intellectual property, privacy, personal right, trademark, copyright or any other right.
• Content or conduct that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, threatening, harassing, pornographic, hateful, defamatory, obscene or clearly abusive is prohibited.
• You may not use XPlanner to spam on X/Twitter, publish hundreds of similar posts, create misleading engagement, bypass platform limits, or mass-post duplicate content.
• You may not attempt to access another user's account, password, API key, token, security information or data.
• It is prohibited to test or crack the security of the Service, bypass encryption or access controls, impose malicious payloads, or interfere with the proper functioning of the XPlanner infrastructure.
• You may not use XPlanner pages, data, user interface or content for unauthorized crawling, scraping, spidering, copying, bulk downloading, reverse engineering or source code extraction.
• You cannot run maillists, autoresponders, spam, botnets, unauthorized background processes, or processes that overload the average usage of the service on XPlanner.
• You may not reproduce, sell, resell, commercially exploit, or otherwise represent as affiliated with any part of the service without the consent of XPlanner or Sooler Studio Ltd.

The ideas, drafts, media files, folders, calendar entries, and posts you create or upload to XPlanner belong to you.

You grant us limited, revocable permission to store, organize, schedule, publish, preview, provide support, troubleshoot errors, and operate the service in a secure manner.

XPlanner never asks for or stores your X account password.

X account connection and X secure login flows are executed via OAuth. X access token information is stored encrypted and used only for post scheduling, publishing and account linking flows upon your instruction.

XPlanner does not have to pre-screen content. However, we may remove content, stop publication, or limit access to your account if we believe it is unlawful, violates these terms, violates third party rights, or poses a risk of spam/abuse.

XPlanner's name, logo, product design, interface, software, visual language, HTML/CSS/JavaScript structure, documentation and other elements of the service belong to Sooler Studio Ltd or the relevant licensors.

These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable right to use XPlanner. Copying, adapting, duplicating or reusing any part of the Service without permission is prohibited.

Some features of XPlanner require a paid plan or active subscription. Plan coverage, limits, periodic fees, trial or entry offer terms are displayed on the payment screen.

XPlanner is a store and product brand; Payments are processed via Stripe by Sooler Studio Ltd as the legitimate merchant.

When you add a payment method, you authorize the collection of the applicable fee when it is due. Subscriptions are automatically renewable during the selected billing period unless cancelled.

If a trial or introductory offer is offered, the offer price and trial period will be shown on the payment screen. Subscriptions that are not canceled at the end of the trial will renew at the regular periodic rate for your chosen plan.

Your card information is not stored on XPlanner servers; payment and subscription transactions are processed by Stripe.

When using XPlanner, you may also be subject to the X/Twitter Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos), terms and policies of Stripe, Google, Supabase, hosting providers and other third-party services.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Technical support is provided through XPlanner's official support channels. Support scope, response time, and availability may vary based on your plan or operational intensity.

If your usage seriously impacts other customers' service experience or system performance, we may temporarily limit your account. We will reasonably attempt to contact you unless there is an immediate safety or service health risk.

The company; You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use the service, any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained through the service, the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from messages received or transactions entered into, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter related to the service. These damages; This includes loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, loss of data or other intangible losses even if Sooler Studio Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

XPlanner's failure to promptly exercise a right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sooler Studio Ltd regarding your use of XPlanner and supersede any prior versions.

When new features, tools, plans, limits or resources are added to XPlanner, they are also subject to these Terms of Use.

Sooler Studio Ltd reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without prior notice. Current terms will be valid when published on this page.

Continuing to use the service after changes means that you accept the updated terms.
