Options to create folders, pin, organize ideas with folders, and delete folders.


Create

Create new folder

Folders are used to separate ideas by topic, campaign, or customer context.

  1. Open the Folders screen from the left menu.

  2. Click the New Folder button.

  3. Type the folder name and choose your color.

  4. Save with the create folder button.

By going into a folder, you can see the ideas in that folder, add new ideas, or move ideas to another folder.

  1. Click on the folder card.

  2. Add ideas directly to this folder with the new idea button.

  3. Open the idea card and change its location with the folder selector.

  4. Make your favorite folder stand out by pinning it.

Choose the correct option when deleting the folder

When deleting a folder, you can keep the ideas or delete them along with the folder. This choice is important in terms of content loss.

  1. Select the delete action on the folder card.

  2. Leave ideas folderless with the delete folder only option.

  3. Also remove the ideas in the folder with the Delete folder and contents option.

  4. Complete the transaction by checking the confirmation text.

If you're not sure, just use the delete folder option first; ideas remain in the general pool.

How will the guide be updated?

When a new user flow occurs, this section is added as a new page to the same docs structure.

When the display language changes, the actual button and title names are checked again with Playwright smoke.
