Add media to idea or post
Images can be saved at the idea stage or added directly to the post.
Use the Add media action in the idea editor or post editor.
Select your file and wait until the upload is complete.
Check that the correct media appears in the preview.
Save idea or post.
Archive
Use media archive
The Media screen displays the images used in ideas and posts collectively.
Open the Media screen from the left menu.
Open the detail drawer by clicking on the media card.
Check filename, affiliate ideas, and affiliate posts.
You can download the file to your device with the Download action.

Check linked content when removing media
If a media is still committed to the opinion or post, it is safer to check the source first.
Check out linked ideas and posts in the media detail.
Open the source idea or post.
Remove the relevant image from the media preview.
Save the content and check the media archive again.
How will the guide be updated?
When a new user flow occurs, this section is added as a new page to the same docs structure.
When the display language changes, the actual button and title names are checked again with Playwright smoke.
