Create
Create new post
The Posts screen manages draft, scheduled, and shared content in one place.
Open the Posts screen from the left menu.
Click the create new post button.
Populate the Post Title field for internal use.
Write the shared post text and review publish targets in X, LinkedIn, Threads order.
When you customize a target, verify that the platform's text and media limits are applied.

Save post as draft
Saving unready posts as drafts keeps them separate from the feed.
Prepare text and media in the post editor.
Use the save action without selecting a date.
Check that your post appears in the draft list.

Schedule post for a later date
Scheduled posts are placed in the publication queue at the date and time you choose. Past date cannot be selected.
Open the date and time field in the post editor.
Choose a future date.
Click the Schedule button.
Check that your post is placed on the correct day in the calendar screen.

Opensharing
Publish to selected platforms
You can publish a ready post to selected X, LinkedIn, and Threads targets. Each target uses its own connection and platform rules.
Check the final text and media in the post editor.
Click on the share action.
Wait for the success message.
Check the result for each platform target on the publishing completion screen.
If publishing fails, read the target-specific latest error; connection, text, or media rules may differ by platform.
Management
Edit, cancel or delete post
Draft and scheduled posts can be edited. Published posts preserve each platform target's status separately.
Open the post from the post list or calendar.
Update text, media or plan date.
If you remove the schedule date, the post will turn into a draft.
Before using the delete action, read the explanation in the confirmation window.
How will the guide be updated?
When a new user flow occurs, this section is added as a new page to the same docs structure.
When the display language changes, the actual button and title names are checked again with Playwright smoke.
